Mancow "In The Kingdom Of The Blind" (1998)
Score: 20  Probably not funny enough to make you smile.
Mancow is a radio DJ on "Rock 103.5" who does standard morning show stuff: prank phone calls, skits, parodies.  It's all pretty lame, especially the prank calls where the object seems to be to see how long the caller can act stupid or obnoxious before the callee hangs up.  The worst was probably when he called Mr. Dick Smack just to tease him about the name.  I'm not even convinced that all the conversations were real and not staged.
