Score: 95, cool. 100 means excellent. Scores range from 0 to infinity, infinity being best.

All I got was this preproduction CD-R with a handwritten backside and
loose photocopied booklet sheets. So I will just grade the sound
and not the value of the album materials.
The fidelity and music are professional quality. The music is
a wide range of good style parodies and some original tunes, all of them
at least a little bit weird. It's kind of like if Frank Zappa came
back to make a theme album about stuff on the radio. Scanning the
car radio is the premise that allows the CD to fill up with many strange
imitations of typical DJs, ads, and songs. Sometimes I can name ya
the artist Wammo is imitating. The closest imitation is an AC/DCish
"I Got Pimples", a strange song from 1:57 to 2:51 on track #4. A
hotrod Pontiac GTO plays a small part in the album, snarling and burning
rubber.
I'd rather not rank the tracks from best to worst. For one thing, the tracks sometimes don't contain the complete story and sometimes there are several different things happening in the same track. This album defies a Top 40 programmer's effort to pick the hit. Plus Top 40 programmers are a target of ridicule for Wammo so they're not going to play this album anyway. So here are the cut and paste tracks and frappets I would highlight:
03. Duran Sirhan Cool pop-rock song that goes "I'm gonna
kill you with love"
05. Charles Whitman's Sampler start thru1:55 rocks, "Welcome
to the live music capital". Starts again at 3:52-5:06
08. KBONG 1:57 to 2:07 "No dear, it's I Can't Believe It's
Not Bullshit"
09. Fo'getaboutit 4:38-end + track 10. Doncha Wish start-3:55
Heavy layering and echo make this one trippy.
14. 0:11-0:39 Super Fag cereal ad
Wammo writes: The finished CD will be formatted
differently. So the track listing will be different.

As far as posting the review, I say why not? You
can always change it when the record is released. I'm really glad
you dig the record, it took me 2
years to make it.
